Regulation on the qualifications of persons working on assessment of plant protection products, active substances, safeners and synergists.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down requirements for qualifications of persons working on assessment or preparing comments on plant protection products, active substances, safeners and synergists. These requirements relate to edcution and professional experience concerning research or evaluation of substances and mixtures, especially plant protection products, in terms of physical and chemical properties, the effectiveness of actions or effects on human or animal health or the environment.
