Regulation on register of direct threats of damages to the environment and damages to the environment.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs, establishes: (1) way of keeping the register of direct threats of damages to the environment and damages to the environment; (2) scope of information which should be included in the register; (3) way of sharing information included in the register. Information included in the register is shared not later than 14 days after receiving an appropriate request.
