This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs, establishes: (1) the scope of information covered by the obligation of collecting and processing of spent batteries and accumulators. (2) the manner of keeping the register of introducing batteries and accumulators into the market, and engaged in the processing of spent batteries or accumulators.
