Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine articles and three Annexes, establishes: (1) method of sampling for laboratory testing for the presence of residues of plant protection products; (2) the template of the sampling protocol (specified in Annex 3); (3) method of securing samples; (4) handling of samples taken for testing and the remains of these samples. The methods of primary sampling of individual plants is described in Annex 1. Minimum amounts of laboratory samples are specified in Annex 2.
