Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 27 paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: (1) sizes and protection periods or marine organisms; (2) detailed conditions of marine fishery, including type and number of fishing gears and their construction, way of fishing, quantity of allowed catch and way of marking fishing gears used only in the zone of 3Mm from the shoreline. This Regulation relates to provisions not regulated in the Common Fisheries Policy of the European Union.
