Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of seven articles, lays down detailed requirements for entities receiving municipal waste from owners of properties in the area. These reuirements include: (1) equipment for receiving municipal waste from owners of properties; (2) adequate sanitary condition of vehicles and devices used for collection of municipal waste from owners of properties; (3) technical requirements for the equipment on vehicles; (4) proper location and equipment of the warehouse and transport.
