Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Marine Economy and Inland Navigation, which is composed of 19 articles and 12 Annexes, establishes, in accordance with European Union legislation: (1) the list of substances particularly harmful to the aquatic environment, causing water pollution to be eliminated, and the list of substances particularly harmful to the aquatic environment, causing water pollution to be reduced; (2) conditions to be met when introducing sewage into water or soil; (3) the highest permissible values of polluting substances for wastewater from domestic and municipal sewage treatment plants as well as for sewage from agglomeration sewage treatment plants; (4) conditions to be met when discharging rainwater or snowmelt into water or water facilities.
