Regulation on tasks of Agricultural Market Agency related to emergency support measures for producers of certain fruits and vegetables due to prohibition of their import from the European Union to the Russian Federation.

This Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of 12 articles and three Annexes, lays down tasks of Agricultural Market Agency related to emergency support measures for producers of certain fruits and vegetables due to prohibition of their import from the European Union to the Russian Federation. This support is entitled to: (1) organization of producers of fruits and vegetables, recognized under separate provisions and implementing the operational program referred to in art. 33 of Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No. 922/72, (EEC) No. 234/79, (EC) No. 1037/2001 and (EC) No. 1234/2007; (2) producers of fruits and vegetables who is an agricultural producer but is not a member of the organization of producers referred to in point 1.
