Abstract
This Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of seven paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: the types of enterprises which may considerably affect the environment; the types of enterprises for which it is compulsory to create reports on environmental impact; the modifications in the qualification of enterprises which may affect the environment. The Annex contains big unit coefficients of inventory, called 'DJP'. The Regulation is introduced on the basis of the Environment Protection Act.
