Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs, establishes conditions that must be met for the labeling of meat obtained from animals slaughtered out of necessity according to requirements specified in the Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down specific hygiene rules for the hygiene of foodstuffs. Such meat is marked with a round sign of quality care with a diameter of 6cm and letters PL in the top, veterinary identification number in the middle and letters IW in the bottom.
