Regulation on veterinary requirements for transport, only on the territory of the Republic of Poland, of animal by-products and methods of use of these products.

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five paragraphs and three Annexes, establishes that animal by-products can be transported on the territory of the Republic of Poland only with the trade document. This document is prepared by the salesman in three copies: for the salesman, for the hauler, and for the purchaser of the animal by-products. The forms of these documents for three categories of by-products are specified in the Annexes.
