Abstract
The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the general maximum fishing effort on Polish economic zone, the territorial sea, the Bay of Gdansk, the Bay of Puck and outside Polish sea territories. Such general fishing effort is divided into fishing vessels. The Annex allocates quotas for fishing for cod into individual fishing vessels.
