Abstract
This Decree-Law, composed of 44 articles and two Annexes, establishes the prevention and control regime of atmospheric pollutant emission. It indicates the principles, objectives and effective instruments for the protection of air natural resource. It also rules on the procedures and obligations for the related plant operators with the view of avoiding or reducing to acceptable levels the atmospheric pollution.
