Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes the eighth amendments to Decree-Law No. 154/2005 on National phytosanitary system. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings related to protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and specify provisions against their spreading within the European Union.
