Decree-Law No. 120/2014 amending the National catalogue of varieties of agricultural plant species.

This Decree-Law establishes the 11st amendment of Decree-Law No. 154/2004 on the National catalogue of varieties of agricultural plant species. Amendments deal with the requirements that should be satisfied by the examination and the minimum conditions for testing specific varieties of agricultural plant and vegetable species. New Annexes specify lists of vegetable and agricultural plant species which shall comply with the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) and the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV).
