Abstract
This Decree-Law, composed of 22 articles and 2 Annexes, regulates the general regime for the National Catalogue of varieties of agricultural plant species. Moreover, the Decree-Law introduces into the national legal system the Council Directives No. 2002/53/CE and 2002/55/CE of 13 June 2002 dealing with, respectively, the common catalogue of varieties of agricultural plant species and the marketing of vegetable seed.
