Decree-Law No. 135/2012 approving the Statute of the Institute for the Conservation of Natural Heritage and Forests (I.P).

This Decree-Law, consisting of 18 articles, approves the Statute of the National Institution for the Conservation of Natural Heritage and Forests (ICNF, I.P.). The Decree-Law establishes composition, duties and competencies of the above mentioned institution, entitled to: implement and control as a National Authority matters regarding: conservation and preservation of natural heritage, biodiversity and National forestry activities; support the elaboration of policies on biodiversity conservation and guarantee the fulfilment of these objectives improving the forestry, hunting, agro forestry, apiculture and aquaculture production.
