Decree-Law No. 143/2015 amending Decree-Law No. 108/2010 on marine environment protection.

This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 108/2010, establishing the legal regime of the necessary protecting measures to ensure good status of the marine environment up to 2020, transposing into national law the EU Directive 2008/56 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 2008, establishing a framework for Community action in the field of marine environmental policy (policy framework "marine Strategy"). In particular, amendments deal with administrative procedures specifying periodic meetings and contents to be discussed.
