Abstract
This Decree-Law amends and republishes Annexes I and II of the general regime for the National Catalogue of varieties of agricultural plant species, transposing the EU Commission Execution Policy 2014/105. Republished Annexes specify the new list of agricultural species that must comply with the guiding principles of the UPOV and with CPVO test protocols.
