Abstract
This Decree-Law, composed of two articles and one Annex, introduces into the national legal system the Commission Directives: No. 2004/31/CE and 2004/70/CE, on plant protection measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community; No. 2004/32/CE identifying protected areas subject to specific plant risks. The Decree-Law also modifies annexes VI and VII of the Decree-Law No. 14/99.
