Abstract
This Decree-Law amends and republishes Decree-Law No. 39/2008 on the legal regime for exploitation and functioning of touristic infrastructure. Amendments deal with administrative, legal procedures and requirements to be satisfied in order to be obtain an authorisation to perform the above mentioned activity.

Decreto-Lei n.º 186/2015: Procede à quarta alteração ao Decreto-Lei n.º 39/2008, de 7 de março, que estabelece o regime jurídico da instalação, exploração e funcionamento dos empreendimentos turísticos, e à segunda alteração ao Decreto-Lei n.º 108/2009, de 15 de maio, que estabelece as condições de acesso e de exercício da atividade das empresas de animação turística e dos operadores marítimo-turísticos.
