Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of XI Chapters divided into 79 articles, establishes the legal regime for exploitation and functioning of touristic infrastructure, including the requirements to be satisfied in order to be inserted in the National Register for Touristic Activity (RNET). The Decree-Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Touristic infrastructures (Chap. II); Competencies (Chap. III); Settlement of touristic infrastructure (Chap. IV); Classification (Chap. V); National Register of Touristic Activities (Chap. VI); Exploitation and functioning (Chap. VII); Plural property in touristic infrastructure (Chap. VIII); Declaration of interest for tourism (Chap. IX); Offences and penalties (Chap. X); Final provisions (Chap. XI).
