Decree-Law No. 39/2008 establishing the legal regime for exploitation and functioning of touristic infrastructure.

This Decree-Law, consisting of XI Chapters divided into 79 articles, establishes the legal regime for exploitation and functioning of touristic infrastructure, including the requirements to be satisfied in order to be inserted in the National Register for Touristic Activity (RNET).
