Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 17 articles, establishes the Institute for Funding the Agriculture and Fisheries (IFAP). This istitution is a body operating under the Ministry of Agriculture, Sea, Environment and Territorial Management. The Decree-Law defines composition, duties and responsibilities of this institution entitled to supervise the budget and financing area of agriculture and fisheries sectors.
