Decree-Law No. 22/2013 regulating norms and procedures to be adopted by the Institute for Funding the Agriculture and Fisheries (IFAP).

This Decree-Law, consisting of 20 articles, regulates norms and procedures to be adopted by the Institute for Funding the Agriculture and Fisheries (IFAP). It establishes the process of attribution for tasks and competencies necessary to the implementation of the payment of financial assistance, defined at European and National level, in the domain of agriculture, rural development, fisheries and related sectors under the financing European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF), and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
