Abstract
This Decree-Law is composed of 32 articles and six Annexes divided in six Chapters. It establishes the legal system applicable to the management of waste vehicles (VFV). In particular, it defines management principles and responsibilities. Moreover, it regulates prevention and information requirements. It establishes an integrated management system and requires the issuing of a destruction certificate. Finally, it defines applicable sanctions and penalties. The annexes provide a classification of the materials and standards for storage and management purposes.
