Abstract
This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 442/89 (articles 2, 3 and 10, concerning ingredients not to be used in animal feed). It regulates animal feed in order to protect human and animal health. This Decree-Law establishes that harmful prime-materials must not be mixed with any other ingredients for animal feed, but destroyed by IPPAA.
