Abstract
This Decree-Law regulates the use of genetically modified micro-organisms approving EC Council Directive No. 98/81 of 26 October 1981. It consists of 20 articles and 5 annexes establishing the conditions for using the aforementioned micro-organisms and specifying the technical procedures to be applied in order to produce them and protect human health.
