Abstract
This Decree-Law approves EC Council Directive No. 91/174 of 25 March, regulating the trading within EC countries and from third countries of pure bred animal reproduction products. It also lists the requirements to be satisfied by such products (embryos, semen, etc.) in order to be traded and establishes that controls on such activity and sanctions for offenders shall be carried out by General Direction of Stockbreeding services.
