Abstract
This Decree-Law implements and ensures compliance in the internal legal order with Regulation (EU) 2016/1012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on the zootechnical and genealogical conditions applicable to the production of, trade in and entry into the Union of pure-bred breeding animals, hybrid breeding pigs and their germinal products, amending Regulation (EU) No. 652/2014 and Council Directives No. 89/608/EEC and No. 90/425/EEC.
