Abstract
This Decree-Law approves measures to combat brucellosis and amends sanitary classification for animals and breeding areas. It consists of 21 articles and 4 annexes establishing sanitary procedures for the eradication of brucellosis from all stock breeding species and infectious areas (including veterinary controls to be carried out on livestock who have been in contact with an animal returned from transhumance and diagnosed with brucellosis). Annexes specify different sanitary classification for animals and stock breeding areas.
