Abstract
This Decree-Law (consisting of 7 articles) regulates seed production, which only can be performed by public or private entities registered into the General Direction of Agricultural Plant Protection Register and satisfying the conditions established by the Seed Producer Statute. It provides also for controls to be carried out by competent authority on this sector.
