Decreto-Lei n.º 271/2000: Transpõe para o ordenamento jurídico interno as Directivas n.os 1999/66/CE, 1999/67/CE, 1999/68/CE e 1999/69/CE, todas da Comissão, de 28 de Junho, e fixa as regras complementares do Decreto-Lei n.º 237/2000, de 26 de Setembro, que estabelece normas de produção e comercialização de matérias de propagação de plantas ornamentais.
