Abstract
This Decree-Law transposes various directives adapting to technical progress in the field of combating pests and livestock diseases, organisms harmful to plants and plant examination, transport of dangerous goods, protection of workers exposed to chemical agents, safety in the production of explosives and the use of cadmium in LEDs. Without prejudice to the provisions for propagating material of the genera or species listed in the Annex to this Decree-Law, the harmful organisms and specific diseases with a significant impact on quality listed in that Annex must also be taken into account.
