Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes the Third amendment to Decree-Law No. 127/2005 of 5 August on the creation regime of zones for forestry intervention (ZIF), regulating principles of its constitution, operation and closure, as well as the Second amendment of Decree-Law No. 16/2009 of 14 January. Amendments establish new administrative proceedings and legal framework for planning, management and intervention within forestry areas.
