Abstract
This Decree-Law regulates the basic Hunting Act No. 30/86. It consists of 12 chapters and 2 tables establishing: General provisions (chap. 1); Hunting activity (chaps. 2 and 3); Ranch and repopulation of wildlife (chap. 4); Hunting training (chap. 5); Trophies (including trade, transport and exposition of hunting products) (chap. 6); Harmful animals (chap. 7); Illegal activity (chap. 8); Control (chap. 9); Hunting Associations (chap. 10); Protected areas (chap. 11); Final provisions (chap. 13). The tables specify a list of authorized animals to be caught.
