Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes the Fourth amendment to several Annexes of Decree-Law No. 236/2005, which transposes into National legislation EU Directive No. 2004/26. It specifies new environmental standards relating to measures against the emission of gas pollutants and particles originating from certain engines with internal combustion.

Decree-Law No. 50/2019 ensuring the implementation in the national legislation of Regulation (EU) 2016/1628 laying down the requirements for emission limits for gas and particulate pollutants as well as for the approval of internal combustion engines for non-road mobile machinery.
