Commission Directive 2010/1/EU amending Annexes II, III and IV to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.
Council Directive 2009/143/EC amending Directive 2000/29/EC as regards the delegation of the tasks of laboratory testing.
Repealed by
Decree-Law No. 67/2020 ensuring the implementation and compliance with obligations arising from Regulation (EU) No. 2016/2031, on protective measures against plant pests, and Regulation (EU) No. 2017/625, on official controls in the field of protection measures against plant pests.
