Abstract
This Decree-Law makes the third amendment to Decree-Law No. 96/2013 of 19 July, amended by Law No. 12/2019 of 21 January, which establishes the legal regime to which afforestation and reforestation actions using forest species are subject in mainland Portugal. Amended articles 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 15 and 18 are replaced by new wording.
