This Decree-Law approves EC Council Directives No. EC/85/39, of 5 August, No. EC/89/384 of 20 June and EEC Commission Directive No. EEC/89/362 of 26 May concerning sanitary regulations and sanitary policy on heat-treated milk production. The veterinary coordination and control of such activity is under the competence of the General Direction of Livestock.
