This Decree-Law amends articles 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 9-13, 17-19 of Decree-Law No. 399/87 of 31 December concerning improvements to be made on fisheries and aquaculture infrastructures. Amended articles specify the requirements to be met for obtaining financial assistance to fishing activity.
