Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 11 articles and one Annex, establishes the Fund for Systemic Sustainability in Energy Sector. It creates, under the Ministry of Environment, Land Planning and Energy, the above mentioned Fund for the Energy Sector, which main objectives are: to contribute to the promotion of balance and systemic sustainability of the energy sector and the national energy policy, in particular through: a) funding policy in the energy sector of social and environmental nature related to energy efficiency measures.
