Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of four Chapters and one Annex, establishes the rules to be complied for the marketing of aerosol dispensers, transposing into National legislation the Commission Directive No. 2008/47/EC, relating to aerosol dispensers. It applies to sets of a non-reusable container in metal, glass or plastic containing compressed, liquefied or dissolved gas under pressure, with or without a liquid, paste or powder and fitted with a valve that allows the content in the form of solid or liquid particles suspended in a gas or in the form of foam. This Decree-Law does not apply for aerosol container with a total capacity of: a) less than 50 ml; b) more than 1000 ml, when the container is in metal; c) more than 220 ml when the container is in glass.
