Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes the fourth amendment to Decree-Law No. 124/2006. Amendments of articles 26, 40 and 41 establish measures and actions to be undertaken under the National Defence System of Forest Fire, modifying matters relating to technical fire, to procedure of contravention and to distribution of fines. In addition, it specifies that technical fire, in the forms of controlled and fire suppression can only be performed according to technical and functional standards, defined by regulation of the Office for Conservation of Nature and Forests.
