Abstract
This Decree-Law, composed of 3 articles and one Annex, modifies the Decree-Law No. 97/166 on the structure, competencies and functioning of the National Water Council. In particular, it emends articles No. 1, 2, 4-9, 11 and 13. The Annex contains the consolidated version of the Decree-Law No. 97/166 as thereby amended.
