Abstract
This Decree, composed of 13 articles, regulates the General Directorate for Forest Resources (DGRF) of the Ministry for Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries. The Decree defines its mission and competences. In particular, the DGRF shall promote the sustainable development of forest resources as well as connected natural resources. Moreover, the Decree regulates the internal organization, structures and functioning. Finally, it regulates the succession regime.
