Abstract
This Decree-Law approves the Act instituting the Ministry for Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries (MADRP). The Act is composed of 27 articles, divided in four Chapters, and two Annexes. It defines the Ministry’s mission, structure and other related bodies, such as the Institute for Financing Agriculture and Fisheries, Institute of Porto and Douro Wines and the National Institute of Biological Resources.
