Abstract
This Decree, composed of 14 articles and 1 Annex, amends and regulates the Cabinet for Planning and Policy-making (GPP) of the Ministry for Agriculture, Sea, Environment and Territorial Management (MAMAOT). The Decree establishes new composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to assist in defining the MAMAOT strategies, priorities and objectives in maritime, environmental and territorial sectors. The Decree also regulates the internal organization, structures and functioning.
