Abstract
This Decree, composed of 14 articles and 1 Annex, etablishes the Cabinet for Policy and General Administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Sea (GPP), as a core service of direct state administration with administrative autonomy. It establishes composition, duties and reponsibilities of GPP, which aims to support strategic guidelines, priorities and policy objectives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Sea (MAM) and to coordinate, monitor and evaluate their implementation, ensuring their representation at community and international level, through technical and administrative support to the offices of members of the Government and other agencies and services integrated into the MAM.
