Abstract
This Decree, composed of 15 articles, regulates the General Directorate for Agriculture and Rural Development (DGADR) of the Ministry for Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries. The Decree defines its mission and competences. In particular, the DGADR shall implement policies in the field of agriculture, plant genetic resources, sustainable land management and rural development. Moreover, the Decree regulates the internal organization, structures and functioning. Finally, it regulates the succession regime.
