Abstract
This Order amends the Regulation of the Permanent Forestry Fund (FFP), created by Decree-Law No. 63/2004. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings as well as competence, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Forestry Fund. In particular, it amends the following matters: type of eligible actions; competencies of ICNF, I.P; preparation of reports and submission for approval by the member of the Government responsible for forestry issues; competencies of CAAC; eligible expenses; submission of applications; Fund's internal control system; etc.
